The book will describe the form in excellent detail with fabulous photography to enable students to clearly grasp the flow and energy of the movements. For those who have a knowledge of the 1st Series Laojia long form, this is where the 11 Short Form is derived from. Also available from the shop are a wide range of instructional and demonstration DVDs, videos, Tai Chi products and books. The founder of the Centre, Nick Taylor is also a co-author of the new, comprehensive book on Chen Style Tai Chi, entitled TAI CHI FOR HEALTH. MASTER LIMING YUE's SEMINAR IN DEVON FOR 27th /28th OCTOBER 2007 Not to be missed, this course is designed to benefit as many of my students as possible, and will cover the Tai Chi 11 Short Form, Silk Reeling Energy and Push Hands with applications.
