Payment and Delivery

All payments are made via World Bank Pay.
We aim to ship all items within 5 working days of receipt of the order, however customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
All UK orders up to 1kg in weight will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post.
UK orders greater than 1kg in weight will be sent by Royal Mail Parcel Post.
Orders to the rest of the world will be sent by airmail, or by surface mail when airmail is not available.
Postage and packaging costs are automatically calculated when the order form is generated.
Customers can make alternative payment and delivery arrangements by contacting the centre before placing their order.

Customs

Customers outside of the UK may need to pay local customs duties, these duties are the responsibility of the customer.
To our knowledge European Union customers do not need to pay any local customs duties.

Returns and Refunds - DVDs, Videos, and Books

A full refund will be given (less Postage and Packaging costs) for items that are returned with their seal unbroken within 28 days.
All DVDs, Videos, and Books are checked before dispatch, however defective DVDs, Videos or Books will be replaced at no extra cost. Please return the defective item enclosing an explaination of the fault.

Returns and Refunds - clothing and footware

A full refund will be given (less Postage and Packaging costs) for clothing or footware that is returned unworn within 28 days.
Footware should be tried on indoors, on a carpeted floor, whilst wearing socks. If you do not like the item or need to swap it for a different size then return it enclosing an explaination of the action required. We will despatch replacement items at no extra cost to customers in the UK. Overseas customers must send us return postage.
All clothing and footware is checked for quality before dispatch, however defective items will be replaced at no extra cost to all customers. Please return the defective item enclosing an explaination of the fault.

Returns and Refunds - Tickets

A full refund will be given for unwanted tickets up until 24 hours before the performance start time. The refund will be made to the card used to purchase the tickets.

Enquiries regarding orders that you have already made and not yet recieved should be sent to

Please include the name and address where you asked us to send the item, the ‘Merchant's cart ID’ and ‘WorldPay's transaction ID’ (these can be found in the ‘WorldPay transaction receipt’ email that you recieved when you placed the order.

The covers of DVDs, Videos, and Books may vary from those shown, this sometimes occurs when the publisher changes the cover design.
